Toms Creek is a beautifully designed park with several fishing ponds in the middle of the gate area of the Nieuw Land National Park 'De Oostvaardersplassen', next to the recreational lake 't Bovenwater and camping 't Oppertje.
A perfect location for the holidaymaker, but also for the fisherman!
The fishing park has 15 ponds on an area of 8 hectares. The park is divided into the areas 'East' and 'West'. West is the part where it all started. Since 2004 there are trout ponds, adventure ponds, whoops whoops and the carp pond situated. The East area has been added since the end of 2021. This site is located directly next to West. This is where the new Toms Creek ponds are located; large ponds with some larger fish. In this place are the Big Game, Carp Creek, Catfish Creek and Monster Creek situated.
In addition to the wide range of fishing activities, there are also others outdoor activities. The range has been significantly expanded over the years to include rental of E-choppers, Wild Games, Clinics etc.
You can park your car at both East and West. There is also a catering facility with a terrace for a snack and a drink and a shop for all fishing materials. This location is easily accessible with a wheelchair. There is also a disabled toilet.
