At the very tip of Lelystad, directly behind the dike and a few meters from the Houtribhoek beach and the Flevo Marina harbor, there are four official camper pitches (max. 24 hours).

Camper pitches temporarily closed from April 1, 2021
Due to works, the camper pitches will be temporarily closed from April 1, 2021. Staying overnight is prohibited from 1 April.
The location will be expanded to 20 camper pitches and basic facilities will be installed. You cannot therefore use the camper pitches during these activities. We expect the renovated motorhome location to open in June 2021.

The Golf Event Center and the Flevo Marina harbor are close to the parking places. There are cozy terraces and eateries in the harbor. There is also a supermarket, laundry and a sauna. Houtribhoekstrand is the largest man-made beach in Lelystad where you can swim safely in the IJsselmeer. From Beachclub Lelystad you have a magnificent view over the IJsselmeer. The camper pitches are 0.5 km from Flevo Marina, 4 km from Batavia Stad, 6 km from Bataviawerf and 6 km from Nieuw Land heritage museum.
