The Zuigerplasbos (290 ha) is a beautiful, young forest area with a small lake where dogs can go loose all year round (maximum 3 dogs per guide) and can enjoy swimming. Staatsbosbeheer has mapped out two walking routes of 3.5 kilometers. The size of the run-off area is indicated on the signs at the entrances to the park.
The Belevenissenbos for children is located to the north of the Zuigerplas. Dogs are not welcome here (also on a leash), with the exception of the dog trail at the parking lot. You are allowed to walk the dog along the forest provided it is kept on a leash.
