New Land Experience
Join the Nieuw Land Experience and discover the Oostvaardersplassen and the Nieuw Land National Park on land, at sea and virtually by air! During the cruise, the education guide on board takes you along in the story of Zeelopers & Landvaarders. In the captains room you can visit the exhibition about New Land on the seabed for free. Historical books and documents about the reclamation of the Zuiderzee are available for inspection here. The cruise ends spectacularly with the passage through the Noordersluis with a drop of no less than 6 metres.

Hajé de Spooner
The water lodge and hotel rooms offer a unique location for nature lovers, business guests, people passing through and families with children. The lodge has four spacious rooms, two of which have a veranda. These have a surprising view over the beautiful nature reserve with forest and water. The 14 compact hotel rooms above the restaurant all have air conditioning. For an extra special stay, De Lepelaar also has a luxury suite and a spacious apartment.
